01 · Understand
Start with one real question.
We agree what material belongs in the work, what decision it needs to support and where the boundary should be.
Clear records for real decisions
When documents, reports, messages or system records do not tell one clear story, Legenda helps you turn a defined set of material into a readable account: what happened, what supports it, and what remains uncertain.
What you get
We organise the material around the question you need to answer, so a reader can understand the important moments without losing the source behind them.
What stays visible
We say what the material does not show, where accounts differ, and where a person still needs to make a professional judgement.
How we help
01 · Understand
We agree what material belongs in the work, what decision it needs to support and where the boundary should be.
02 · Trace
Our software helps preserve the original record and connect a statement in the report back to the passage, document or recorded event that supports it.
03 · Explain
The result is a readable account with sources, context and limits in plain view — ready for a responsible reviewer to use.
Why this is different
It is easy to create a persuasive page of text. It is much harder to show exactly where each important part came from, avoid quietly mixing different accounts, and make the missing information visible.
That is what Legenda adds. We use software to keep the record orderly and traceable, but we do not ask a machine to make the final judgement. A reviewer can follow the story back to its support and decide what it means.
A standard worth keeping
Before a public example belongs on this site, we check that its source record, scope and limits are still intact. If that chain is incomplete, we do not use it as a sales story.
That restraint is part of the service: clear information should be easier to trust, not merely easier to read.
